Union Station & "The People of the South Wind"- Kansas City

Though it offends and perplexes some Kansans to be reminded of this, it is actually a very windy region as evidenced in this photograph outside Old Union Station in Kansas City.

But inside, its all smiles.

"Excuse me"

Somebody was wandering off to look for the trains.

Banjo becomes somber.  He is shocked to learn about the bloody history of the building and offers a moment of silence for the Federal Agents murdered by gangsters in the Kansas City Massacre of '34.
